Which relay in my 4 liter '96 Ford Explorer LTD controls the fuel pump?

and which fuse does it run through?Which relay in my 4 liter '96 Ford Explorer LTD controls the fuel pump?
Get your owners manual out. It will show the location and function of every fuse and relay both under dash and under hood. If you do not have a manual stop by the dealer and ask them to let you peek at the shop manual (the parts guys are usually pretty helpful) to identify what fuse/relay controls what circuit.

I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a SMC 10 way programmer controlling a two pump central heating system

.Why is thear no control at the petrol pumps my dears.?
    Its called a free market

Price of goods solely determined by what people will pay

Gold did not suddenly get more expensive to produce, at yet it has risen 2x in the last few years

I believe that a small crystal vase just sold for several million, can't imagine that it costs as much to make a vase as a large mansion

If we stop buying it or use less the price will go down

At one point Aluminum was more precious than gold, until people learned to make it from the oxide, then it became cheap

I have an 89 GMC Pickup, the heat blows cool. Electronic controls, new heater core, thermostat and water pump.

The heat will get warm if you are parked and have your foot on the gas or if you are driving but once you stop and let it idle it will go back to cool. The thermostat is installed correctly and the heater core gets hot on both the inlet and outlet sides. The fan works and so does the direction (floor, dash, defrost). Any help would be grealty appreciated.I have an 89 GMC Pickup, the heat blows cool. Electronic controls, new heater core, thermostat and water pump.
If the temperature control valve, which controls the water flow through the heater core is stuck or partially clogged it can cause that. If the flow valve is O.K. then your water pump isn't circulating enough water at engine idle. With low water flow the cold air overpowers what heat the core receives from the water flowing through it. When you speed the engine up the increased speed of the engine causes the water pump to move more hot water through the heater core thereby providing enough heat transfer so that the incoming air is heated enough to make you comfortable. The vanes, on your water pump could be deteriorated from corrosion over the years. A new pump should cure the problem.I have an 89 GMC Pickup, the heat blows cool. Check for vacum leak at diaphragm for vent control. Bleed coolant system of air.
Its a Vaccum leak to your Temp selector. When you are at idle (lower vaccum) it will think you want a low temp. When you step on the gas and raise idle you vaccum will go up and so will the temp.

Apparently it happens to a lot of Chevys. I have had it happen my dad had it happen and other guy a few minutes ago asked about it
It sound like the heater core is plugged, I had this same problem and after replacing all you have, I found the heater core was plugged. Turn on the heat with the hood open and see how long the two heater hoses stay hot if one gets colder than the other after a few minuets then replace the core. Good Luck and God Bless
Blend door issue-in the heater box. Common problem.
